Wilson Creek Winery White Cabernet Sauvignon is a very smooth wine with light aroma with lots of flavor. The first flavor you may come across is pear, as you swirl it around in your mouth and move it to the back of your tongue you should get a hint of green apple, as you swallow and open your mouth to take a breath of fresh air you will get a very strong finish of ruby red grapefruit.
For me it brings me back to my childhood when I would sit in front of the heater waiting for the school bus to arrive and enjoy myself in the sweet freshly grown grapefruit. I hope as you taste wine you will recall memories ...some fond and some almost forgotten , but for now....good wine tasting and good day.
